Lowcountry Women Votes

According to the Center for Women in Charleston, some years back, there was an informal coalition of women’s organizations called “Lowcountry Women Votes.” The purpose was to encourage more women to register and to vote by providing information to its members.

Women who vote make a difference

You can make a difference

The Center for Women and the League of Women Voters of the Charleston Area are trying to revive the coalition in 2010.

As part of our efforts to do so, we are providing a publication with information on how to register and information on various aspects of getting women to become active voters.

You can download this rack card with information how to become registered to vote and how to learn where to vote.
